Delivery time

• Payment in advance by bank transfer. We will ship within 1-5 business days after the payment is confirmed.

• Credit card, cash on delivery. We will ship within 1 to 5 business days after receiving the order confirmation email.

• If there is a delay in delivery, for instance a product is out of stock or other reasons, we will notify you by email.

• We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. There will be no shipment during these periods.

Payment due date

In case of a bank transfer, please transfer the full amount to the our bank account within one week from the order date. An unfulfilled payment is regarded as an order cancellation. If you still wish to purchase the product(s), please place a new order.

Deadline for returns of defective products and shipping errors

Please contact us within 1 week of product arrival. We prepare replacement products at our expense only in the case of shipping errors or defective products.

In principle (think of different word), we do not accept returns or exchanges that are the result of a customer's mistake, for instance an accidental order.
